At Wasafli, we understand that plans can change. Whether you entered the wrong shipping address, selected the wrong product, or simply changed your mind, we aim to provide a clear and fair process for order cancellations and modifications.

This policy explains when and how you can cancel or change an order, along with important limitations based on our processing timeline.


1. Overview

Orders placed on Wasafli are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, there is a limited window of time in which cancellations or changes can be made.

Key Principle:

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed and shipped

Once an order enters fulfillment, changes are no longer possible.


2. Cancellation Policy

When You Can Cancel an Order

You may request a cancellation if:

  • The order has not yet been processed
  • The order has not been shipped
  • The request is made within the allowed processing window

When Cancellation Is Not Possible

Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:

  • The order has already been processed
  • The order has been shipped
  • A tracking number has been issued

At this stage, the order is already in transit and cannot be stopped.


3. Order Modification (Changes)

We allow limited modifications before processing begins.

Changes You Can Request:

  • Shipping address correction
  • Name correction
  • Product variant (if applicable)
  • Quantity adjustment

Conditions for Changes:

  • Requests must be submitted before order processing begins
  • Changes are subject to product availability
  • We cannot guarantee modifications once processing starts

4. Processing Timeline & Cut-Off

Understanding our processing schedule is critical.

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day
  • Processing occurs Monday – Friday
  • Daily cut-off time: 5:00 PM EST

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request a cancellation or modification, contact us immediately.

Include in Your Request:

  • Order number
  • Full name used for the order
  • Specific request (cancel or what needs to be changed)

Response Time:

  • Typically within 24 hours during business days

6. What Happens After Your Request

If Your Request Is Approved:

  • Cancellation: Full refund will be issued
  • Change: Order will be updated and confirmed

If Your Request Is Too Late:

If your order has already been processed or shipped:

  • Cancellation will not be possible
  • Changes cannot be applied
  • You will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery

7. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successful:

  • You will receive a full refund
  • No cancellation fees will be charged

  • Issued to original payment method

8. Incorrect Information Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details.

Wasafli Is Not Responsible For:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Misspelled names or contact details

If incorrect information is submitted:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will attempt to correct it if the order has not been processed

9. Orders Already in Transit

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled or modified
  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) take over delivery

Your Options:

  • Wait for delivery
  • Initiate a return under our Return Policy

10. High-Risk or Fraudulent Orders

Wasafli reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any order suspected of fraud
  • Request additional verification
  • Refuse service at our discretion

In such cases:

  • A full refund will be issued if payment was completed
